“In Search Of His Lost Cords” navigates Eric Kinkel’s lifetime accomplishments, self-taught musicianship, the many self-performed, self-produced benefit concerts he has produced, and bringing the rock ‘n roll hall of fame Canadian Rock trio Rush to his high school late in his senior year. The film also covers his studio recording artist career that was cut short by both his brain and vocal cords malfunctions.

The film will feature never before seen pictures and film footage as well as an in-depth interview with Eric in his current condition along with previewing some talent that still remains within him ready to pick up where he left off. The film also includes cameo appearances from some well-known friends and talent, as well as interviews with close friends and acquaintances who all empathize and share his vision.
